Our History
Chapter Inception
Founded by a dedicated group of leaders in North Texas committed to formalizing mentorship for Black youth in the DFW area.
First Mentoring Class
Launched our signature mentoring program, initially serving 50 young men across Dallas ISD schools.
Community Impact Award
Recognized as a leading nonprofit force in Texas for our contributions to educational equity and workforce development.
Strategic Expansion
Expanding our reach into Tarrant and Collin counties, continuing the legacy of "Real Men, Giving Real Time" to thousands of mentees.
